Hi all. I recently received an email that said I lost superhost status. I am in the NC mountains, and we lost all of October which really hurt since it's our busiest month.
Does anyone know if it would be worthwhile to speak with someone at Airbnb to possibly extend our recent status given the extenuating circumstance? And who would that be?
Sorry they wouldn't change their minds if you don't meet the criteria @Brian-Deidre0 but don't worry you have great reviews so hopefully you will get enough bookings to meet the criteria in a few months .
So sorry for all the Hosts in your area as well as the Hosts in California affected by the wildfires. It seems Airbnb has somewhat abandoned the importance of SuperHost in favor of Guest Favorite these days. Guests can't filter listings by SuperHost any more, but they can by Guest Favorite. Since your listing is a Guest Favorite with great reviews, I think you'll be fine.
