I have had a payment issue with airbnb and find it impossible to get to the right people. The support center does not seem to be able to get to the bottom of the problem. Nor be able to solve.
I have had this issue of not being able to get past first line support in the past.
How does one connect with senior management?

@Helen2936 try sending a message asking if they would prefer arbitration or small claims court action. You never know it might get them moving.
