You have a very lovely and vibrant listing I must say. I happened to notice that you have decorated the house with a lot of plants, which look very nice.

@Omri21  Fantastic location for your flat! I'd stay in a minute if I was in Tel Aviv. It looks very nice. 

Two things: You have to change it from a one bedroom to a studio. It looks like there's a loft bed in your flat, but not a separate bedroom? You'll get someone who doesn't pay attention, and they will cause you problems. You should list it as a studio. 

Second, change your check-out time to 12:00 pm. Right now you have it at 12:00 am, which is midnight.
