Tips for Making First-Time Guests Feel at Home

Hi everyone!  I’m curious, what are your best strategies for welcoming first-time guests? For example, do you leave a welcome note, provide local snacks, or give a short guide of your neighborhood?

I think the little touches can make a huge difference in reviews and repeat bookings, but I’d love to hear what has worked best for other hosts.

Also, how do you balance being helpful without overwhelming your guests?

Call me a cynic but I think he's looking for content from hosts he can use in his job as a content creator 😂😂
