Trouble booking on the app

Trouble booking on the app

I’ve tried 4 times to book and each time all I’m getting is a “One moment, please”

 

is there a problem with the app?

@Liam2885 Have you tried refreshing the app or web page, logging out and then back into your account, or clearing your cache and cookies if you're using a web browser? If not, you may do this as a troubleshooting. But if none of these steps work, contacting Airbnb support would be a good next step. Hope this helps!

Great advise from @Alicia753 here. Have you managed to get it working? 

Here's the Airbnb tech team troubleshooting steps just in case. If you're still seeing an issue after following these please let me know and I'll see what I can do. 

 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account
