Trying to book using host credit

I have a superhosts credit which doesn’t seem to work when booking *

Please provide more information about the issue.

The Superhost bonus should be listed in the payment section of your account as a "coupon".

When making payment for a reservation select the coupon.

Airbnb usually sends it via email then redeem it.  Then pick a listing you want to book then proceed to check out. Apply the credit at checkout. Look for “Apply coupon / credit”. The discount will be deducted from your total.
