We stayed at a certain location in Fort Pierce, FL during the month of June 2025 and we are trying to get in touch with someone named Brandon who left a review and seems to have joined AirBNB only on month ago. Does anyone have any idea how to go about getting in contact with someone through this platform?

Are you referring to a previous guest of the host that mentioned in your review that you 'smoked pot' in her listing @Adam2418
I don't think you can contact previous guests through their profile but you could click on their profile and try.
@Helen3 it's interesting that one can't click through to the host profile here - it seems to be blocked by the system (I assume to prevent any disagreements from escalating). It's the first time I notice this feature.
@Adam2418 can you check whether you can still click the host profile from your account? It would be interesting to know whether the system is just blocking 3rd parties like us from viewing the profile, or whether the host has been suspended.
Sorry we're probably getting side-tracked here 😀so just to answer your question directly as well, no, you would not be able to get in touch with the previous guest through the Airbnb system.
@Adam2418 Following on from Shelley's suggestion and depending on whether you can still access this hosts account (none of us can) I just wanted to let you know that you are entitled to leave a public review under this rather damning review.
If this accusation is unfounded you can also contact Customer Service to get it taken down with a bit of luck.

Could it mean that this host has had their listing delisted/suspended? If so then this might help @Adam2418 plead his case if this host has been flagged? But we'll have to check tomorrow I suppose to see if that error message is still showing!
Looks like her profile has been suspended @Shelley159 @but you can see the review the host left Adam on his profile.
Yes I am referring to that situation. This host lied about us having smoked pot in her home which was completely unfounded and not true. She left reviews defaming us on Airbnb. She also demanded we pay her $3000 for a lost booking which we obviously did not pay. We have come across another review left by a user named Brandon basically backing up our story and calling them out for trying to get them to commit fraud. Just thought connecting with him would be able to help our case more and protect other people from dealing with this.
We also cannot see her profile anymore and it gives us an error but her co-host is still visible.
Hi @Adam2418 I'd suggest you phone customer services if the review left by this host is untrue, ask for it to be removed, and let us know how it goes. From the other comments here it sounds as if this host might have been suspended.
@Shelley159 I don't think it's us or an error, because we can click on other hosts who left a review for him and can see their profiles?
