We just returned from a trip throughout England and Scotland. We booked a new reservation every day. I was stunned that suddenly the listing in Aberdeen disappeared completely from the website. I was unable to get any additional information from the host about how to get into the place and all of the information about the flat we had rented. I had some anxiety that perhaps the place was no longer available to us. Fortunately, I had the host's phone number and was able to call, but it did add complexity to the logistics of our stay.
Then, a second listing disappeared, this one in Glasgow. Again, I had the phone number and so was able to contact the host.
But what is wrong with the website that this would happen? There must be some glitch.
This needs to be resolved.
