Unable to vote in Wishlists

I have just created a wishlist to collaborate with friends for an upcoming trip however, the voting and ability to add notes on it is greyed out. I made sure that it is a share list and not share as view-only - could you perhaps support me with that?

I feel like they have temporarily disabled the option without notice
