I’m new to this group and would like your feedback on same day cancellation, do you charge or give them a full refund? I’ve received tons of excuses why they didn’t show up and then plead for a refund. 🫤
Thank you. I usually refund them a full refund, but it got to the point when I was losing money with constant cancellations with lame excuses. I’ve decided to hold one day of funds because that’s what a hotel would do.
