Dear Booking.com Support Team,

My name is Mukena, and I am the former owner of the property listed on your platform as:

I am urgently requesting that this property be immediately closed/removed from Booking.com for the following reasons:

1. I was the original owner of this guest house, but when I travelled, I left one of my managers, Junior Antonio, in charge.

2. This manager changed all access information, took control of the Booking.com account, and changed the banking/payment details without my knowledge or permission.

3. The property is no longer operating. The building owner has taken back the property, and the guest house has been closed for the past 3 months.

4. Despite this, people are still able to book the property on Booking.com, and the payments are going to Junior Antonio’s bank account, not mine.

5. I no longer have access to the Booking.com account and cannot stop reservations from being accepted.

6. The phone number previously registered with the listing is still active and is controlled by this same individual.

This situation is extremely serious and poses a major fraud risk to guests, who believe they are booking an operating property when it has been shut down.

I respectfully request that Booking.com take urgent action to:

• Close and remove the listing completely,

• Block any further reservations,

• Suspend the account connected to this property,

• Investigate the unauthorized change of banking details and account access.
