Some questions:
- Did the guest made the booking for himself or is a 'third party" booking (family booked ?).
- Does the guest has reviews showing similar issues ?
Maybe first have a talk with the guest about the mentioned issues.
If they can not be resolved, maybe suggest to not continue the reservation (shorten it)
It is always very tricky to presume a person has a certain disorder, be carefull with that when you contact Airbnb. Try to avoid going to be accused of discrimination....just stick to the facts !
