Did you try contacting the Host via Airbnb message or calling them?
This is only a discussion forum and not Airbnb Customer Support. You would need to contact Airbnb directly regarding your issue.
Go to your Trips Tab in the App (bottom of screen)
Tap the photo of the listing
Tap "Get Help"
