Weird payout behavior

I just noticed one thing today that Airbnb took $220 from my latest payout. It's for a "resolution refund" that appears in my resolution center. The specific reservation was made on 2/14 for a stay of 4/14 to 4/20 and the guest received some partial refund when doing the cancellation, while the $220 is the leftover and still appearing on the reservation. Apparently the guest contacted Airbnb instead of asking us to process the rest of the refund and possibly the representative processed it as a special refund instead of deducting from the original reservation payment. Now the problem is that I never received this $220, but Airbnb is deducting this $220 from my recent payout, and it appears to me that the cancelled reservation has this $220 scheduled to be paid to me on 4/15 (24hr after guest checks in according to regular practice). Not sure if I will be receiving this $220 in the payout 10 days later but will keep an eye on it. Does this happen to other folks?

@Nanxing0 Their entire payout and refund system seems to be in total shambles. Among other shambles.

@Sarah977 True. I have dealed with several refunds that the guest's reservation is covered with the most recent updated EC while the system doens't give full refund automatically and I have to process it manually. It's so frustrating that nobody can reach their customer service these days.

Thanks for posting this question. Exact same scenario happened to me today as well with a guest going through the resolution center to seek payment for a stay in May that she canceled but I don't want to click on "pay guest " as I don't have her payment and I am not sure if this amount will be taken out from my next guest payout (of which I have no future guests at this point). Please let me know if you reach anyone or resolve it.
