We are thrilled to acquire Super Host status.

I am curious about the requirements to retain this status.

We are in Jamaica and our tourist season slows down considerably from now, April, until October/November.

Will this affect our Super Host rating/review in July?

My apology, but I'm still not really clear on the explanation for Maintaining Superhost status.

If April, May, June then July, August & September are our very slow months - next to nothing particularly in July and August, how can we maintain the booking numbers stated?

I have two rentals on my property near Asheville and Hendersonville NC.  They are both very unique with loads of character.  I have been a Super host for over a year on both of them.  They are situated on our 15 acres and our historic rock homeplace.

Hello Fam! Our home is in sunny Sarasota,  Florida U.S.A. It’s great for family vacations as we have the countries number #1 beach (Siesta Key Beach) just 7 miles away and downtown (2 miles away)— so much to do and see! שמחתי מאוד שהצטרפתי לקהילת המארחים המצטיינים.

הבית של ציקו ממוקם בתוך העיר במקום מאוד מרכזי אך בפינה פסטורלית יפה ושקטה עם נוף לים וממש מתחת לבניין יש גן רחב ידיים והרבה ירוק, מרחק הליכה מהים, מהסופרמקט, חנויות, מסעדות, בריםועוד. לצערי הבניין מאוד ישן ודיי מוזנח ולכןן החלטתי להשקיע בדירה עיצוב חמים ונעים ואיבזרנו את הדירה כך שלא יחסר כלום בדירה, כשכשהאורחים שלי יסגרו את הדלת הם ישכחו את מה שראו בחוץ. הבניין צפוי להתחיל שיפוץ בעוד שנה בערך ואז יהיה לו לובי יפה חדר נוסף ומרפסת. הדיירים שלי נכנסים לבית נקי מאוד ומצוחצח עד כדי כך שאחד שלי התקשר לשאול אם זה בסדר להשאיר את הנעלים כי הריצפה נקיה מידי. מחכה להם בבר המטבח בקבוק יין עם שוקולדים וברכת ברוכים הבאים. בנוסף קופסת עוגיות וליד המיטה לפי מספר האנשים אני שמה בקבוק מים קטן ושוקולד קטן, נראה שהאורחים מאוד אוהבים את הפרטים הקטנים.תודה רבה שבחרתם בנו מארחים מצטיינים
