What happens when a reservation doesn't show up?

We had a booking for last night and tonight and the guests have not shown up yet.  What do we do?

@Christina1345  Have you tried contacting them? No shows do happen sometimes. Sometimes you never hear from them again, sometimes they try to get Airbnb to refund them. Occasionally the guest may have gotten their booking dates wrong. You can only try to contact them at this point- you never know what is going on in people's lives- they could be ill,  had a death or other emergency situation in the family. Then just see what transpires. Hopefully Airbnb doesn't refund them (they are of course not due a refund, but with Airbnb, you never know what bad decision they are going to make), and you get paid for not hosting.
