@Dahlia26 There is a slow in bookings during this season even with Superhost listings. But you may consider the following that may possibly help you increase your bookings or occupancies.

-Ensure your pricing is competitive and reflects the value of your property. Make sure your photos accurately represent your space.

- Highlight unique features, amenities, and any recent upgrades. Be clear about what sets your place apart from others.

-Ensure you're offering amenities that guests find valuable. Fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry can significantly impact.

-Airbnb allows hosts to offer discounts, which can increase your listing's visibility. Consider creating special offers for longer stays or last-minute bookings.

-If possible, offer or organize local experiences or add-ons for your guests, such as guided tours, bike rentals, or special meals. This can make your listing more attractive to potential guests looking for a unique travel experience. Hope this helps!

Hey there @Dahlia26 👋

Sorry to hear that you're not getting many bookings. Are there quite a few in your area? If so, I  found these great steps that might help make your listing more competitive

If you have the time, you could always post in the other boards which are very insightful!

Ask about your listing - You can ask other Hosts to critique your listing, you could be pleasantly surprised at what other people see!

Advice on your space - This is great for general questions about your space specifically, for example, the amenities that you have at the property to what types of sheets that you use.

I hope this helps,

Rebecca 🌟
