Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem - or if it's just me!
About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I realised that my guests' reviews aren't showing up on my listing. They do show up in my stats (but only to me obviously). I'm in touch with Airbnb Help and apparently the tech team are working on it, but it's been over a week now and reviews continue to disappear - it's been 4 so far, good reviews as well!
So, I'd be interested to know if this has happened to anyone else and how it was resolved.

I am missing one review written 2 weeks ago, never happened before.
Hope it doesn't happen again! Weirdly, in between the 4 reviews which went missing, there was one guest review which showed up.
I'll post below, if/when I get a resolution to this problem.

Chiming in from SF in the US. Sorry to see this is quite the big issue. Most on this trail were from the UK, plus Australia. I guess we are all related with England being our parent. Now US too.
I called the Help Desk this week and had a very unsatisfactory experience. Essentially I was told I should be using Google Chrome instead of Firefox. I could not get my Chrome to open that day but I checked on IE and on the Airbnb app. Same problem. We confirmed that my reviews show on the Dashboard, so we know they were submitted. I got an unsatisfactory email follow up reiterating we should use Chrome. I explained this is not ok since even the Airbnb app has the problem. Today I was able to check Chrome also. The same problem. And it is not ok that the Airbnb app has a problem and they advise us to use Chrome as they did again today with the 2nd email from the rep.
I'm on the phone with the Help Desk as we speak and had another very unsatisfactory experience where the rep is clueless that this is a system issue. She was again advising that Google Chrome is the best way to view our listing. Even though even Chrome as the same problem. She wanted to reinvent the wheel researching my problem. So I'm insisting on speaking with a supervisor. I can understand a system problem which they are working on. My heartburn is that they do not communicate with the reps about a global problem and offer hosts a reasonable response. I shall let you know what happens. I've been on hold a long time!
PS, sorry I realize I did not mention I saw Spain suffers as well.

i am using google chrom but all my reviews since August 2016 have disapeared.

Hello again, finally got to talk with a supervisor. It's not clear how much of a problem Airbnb sees with this issue. They depend on people bringing it to their attention and the number of people who call will impact the aggressiveness with which they pursue a solution. So, I'm enlisting all hosts that are on this conversation who have not reported the issue to call the Help Desk and add your name to show the extent of the issue. I think I called 2 days ago and the first item in this conversation was I believe the next day...so not sure how long it's been going on. Good luck to us all!
PS, This Friday will heading over to the UK myself for my first time. It will be an all Airbnb trip, staying with hosts in London, Kendal and Edinburgh plus staying with 2 sets of guests who'd stayed with me in SF...can't wait.
Good plan! Yes, it may take more people to complain about this issue in order for it to be dealt with. I'm in touch with Airbnb Customer Service via email. They sound very helpful, but in fact they're waiting to hear from the tech team.
I also agree it's not good enough for them to put the blame on Firefox! I've always used Firefox and everything worked fine, until recently.
I just googled Airbnb Jesmond on a different phone, to view my listing - my April reviews aren't showing. I used Internet Explorer - again, my April reviews aren't showing. I don't seem to have Chrome on my pooter.

I can see quite a few reviews of yours which are more recent than August 2016, though obviously I don't know if there should be a lot more!
Have you contacted Airbnb Help about it? I normally do this via Twitter - seems to get a reasonably speedy response.
Strangely, you have a review from December 2016 which is showing AFTER reviews from March and April 2017!
