Why can't I view the full airbnb message on my phone and why can't I then click on that message and it opens in the app?

And when I open the app, it asks me to "complete your listing".

And none of my 7 current reservations show in "Your reservation".

I see you posted this last week but just wanted to ask if you'd gotten in touch with customer support about it or if it's been sorted? 

We aren't a customer service forum but I may be able to ask the relevant team to take a look.

@Irma313  That is a text "notification" only. It does exactly as intended, as it's to notify you that there's information you need to know about on the AirBnB platform. When you get that notification, either open the app on your phone or log in on your computer. You should also get an email depending on how you've set up your notification preferences. 

As to the other issue, you should probably delete the app and reinstall, and then make sure you're signed in the the proper credentials.
