Hello,
We have listed our home 2 years ago.
For the first 6 months we got reservations and good reviews.
For some reason, we stopped getting reservations for the last 18 months...
It looks like we are listed and everything works, yet still nothing.
We would appreciate someone's explanation.
Thanks in advance
Mary
@Mary7186 You have been an Airbnb member since August 2025 although you have bookings from before this. Your property is well booked for the next couple of months so you must be getting bookings somewhere.
I don't see what the problem is.
Thank you for your reply @Mike-And-Jane0 , our reservations are made through another platform.
The question is why none of our bookings is on Air bnb, it looks like our listing is not available on Air bnb or that potential customers can't see it.
@Mary7186 It is entirely likely that it is your success elsewhere that is damaging your Airbnb bookings. If you are not getting Airbnb bookings then it will drop you down their search results meaning you will get fewer/no bookings through it.
I assume your pricing to the guest is equal between Airbnb and the other platforms.
If you don't have early availability then you will fall in the listing rankings .
