Worried about house being damaged…

I am beginning to start hosting my entire house…I am super concerned that someone will damage my house…What can you actually do if someone damages house??! Is it easy process to get paid for damages?! I presume not?! I am based in Ireland….

Firstly don't rely on Air Cover it's extremely limited / you need your own home insurance for short term rentals . @Brian3790 

Secondly vet guests carefully to ensure they are a good fit for your listing . And remove Instant Book for the first few months until you get used to vetting guests . 

thirdly don't leave anything in the house that would upset you if it got broken/stolen 

if someone damages your property then you make a claim against your STR insurance or you can consider Air Cover . You need photos/video and quotes for replacement/repairs .
