airbnb support - quality decline

Is this just me or quality of airbnb support really declined? 

 

I worked with airbnb almost 10 years and normally always get solid support. 

 

Last week one of my listing was taken down with an occasion that front door camera was not disclosed. 

 

I have emailed the proof that it was disclosed and complied with everything else. 

 

No reply from airbnb for already third day. Calls to general support line go to black hole. .... 

 

What else can I do?

Sadly...this is how Airbnb handles these complaints from Guests. It usually takes 10business days to get a resolution and normally you will not be able to speak to the "Specialized Team" that handles these cases.

 

For this reason, I suggest my Host clients list their properties on other platforms as well as Airbnb.
