Did you receive the email with the following subject: ''Here’s your Superhost bonus''????

This is a separate email from the one saying you've reached superhost status.

I attached a screenshot as a reference.

You need to go to the email and click on the link to activate the voucher. You should then receive another email containing the voucher code that you can use while booking.
