can't take selfie for self identification.

I can't take selfie for self identification. When I tried to use webcam, Airbnb says it can't find wecam. I checked device manager of my labtop, it says no problem with the webcam.

So I asked to send text messages for taking selfie, still Ive' got nothing.

I don't know what is the problem. 

What should I do to complete my booking?

Have you managed to get this resolved? If not, do you have a mobile phone with a camera on it or a digital camera that you can take a photograph with an upload?
