contact a potential guest before I accept/decline

I just listed my room and someone wants to book it for a few nights (yay!). Although they have been a member since 2018, there are no reviews for them. I've seen it recommended to contact them but there is not email or other contact info given. Am I missing something here? I'd really like to get a better sense of them before I give them access to my home.
