how to set this as a filter in the apartment search?

The default filter does not provide option to filter on a diswasher.

But there is a trick to include a dishwasher (or any other amenity) in the search.

Add this to the end of the URL when completed a search:

&amenities%5B%5D=92

It will filter on accommodations with a  dishwasher

(92 is the code for a dishwasher)
