Yes - Some nearly as they found it, most tidy with some crumbs, a very few messy but thankfully not damaged

Yes, the majority of guests do leave the space tidy.  However, the most frequent faux pas is that many guests do not use the beverage coasters, and will ring stains on furniture right next to the coasters.

Yes, most guests do. There are some bad apples but it's not the majority.

It does depend on the host's perception though. I expect the space to look "lived in." But I can't tell you how many times I have been inside cleaning and, in my option, it's an easy clean but my boyfriend will come in and thinks the place is filthy!

@Connie-and-Bill0  I have a home -share and yes, the vast majority of my guests have left their bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy, and cleaned up after themselves after using the kitchen.

Yes most guests do. The problem is that it only takes ONE bad apple to destroy everything and requires a lot of effort to restore.
