I had a play around with filters on the Airbnb website but couldn't see a way of filtering places to show those with en-suite only.

What I did find was that many listings have "en suite" in their listing title e.g. I went to the Airbnb website and searched for "en-suite London" and it popped up with a few examples, and when I checked the listings, the description confirmed there was a private bathroom and it was included in listing photos.

It's worth checking listing descriptions just to be sure they confirm there's a private bathroom.
