I am having the same issue. I tired all the suggestions but nothing resolves the issue. It is happening on my iPhone, iPad and Mac desktop computer. Has anyone been able to resolve this and if so, do you remember how you did it? Airbnb support couldn't help.

Hi @Trish564 , can you share an image how it looks like? It might help other hosts to identify if there's a technical error somewhere.
