How can I be sure that a guest has paid their balance? Where can I find a receipt of what has been paid? It said "guest paid" and listing the entire balance due under the calendar dates for their booking, but they are now asking me what their balance is. So I want to be sure I give them the right information and I am looking at everything correctly. Any advice is appreciated.
The payment for a reservation is a matter betweeen the guest and Airbnb.
