I emphasise check-in and check-out times in my booking confirmation message. I message them again the evening before departure reminding them of the 10am check-out time and say that we will be arriving shortly after 10 to prepare for the next guests. Haven't had a problem with this approach.
@Daniel15140 send them a reminder message the day before. Then de-risk yourself by allowing an hour or so before cleaners are booked to start cleaning. I haven't checked your listing but we always asked people to leave by 10 and not arrive before 4 to ensure we had time to clean. Finally if you have to then block a day between guests to take the problem away.
