problem guest

I have a guest that checked in for 3 days and on the first day a repo company came and took her car for non payment at that time we found out she had 2 -60 pound dogs with her and it is noted in 3 different places on our site that it in a min of 2 pets 25 pounds and under and that there is a pet deposit and now she has no way to leave and its an older lady and we are having trouble getting her out and she says she has no money also we have someone checking in tomorrow what should I do

@JoAnne571 It isn’t your concern, how she leaves or where she goes, but I can understand where you’re coming from. You can ask her nicely how she plans on departing when her reservation ends and  gently remind her you have other guests checking in right after her, and cannot continue to accommodate her. When her reservation ends, if she’s still there, you will be dealing with her as a trespasser.
