regarding booking

hi its been almost one year i have listed my listing on airbnb but still i am not getting any enquiry nor any booking .

You have three listings - two of them only have a few days in January available to book and then the calendar is completely closed so no bookings possible here.

The new third one is open to book.  Have you checked if you are in line with other listings regarding pricing?  Are your photos the best they can be?

Your host rating is not very good I'm afraid - 4.2* which may put guests off from booking with you.

Hello dear, hope you're doing well. Which country is your property? As per my experience. From the moment I posted my property I got so many bookings. Even my property is not enough in seasons time to accommodate of so many guess . You should check something carefully, because sometimes it's show not bookable if you missed some details of your application
