Hi @Dominique1906
I hope I am understanding your question correctly - let me know otherwise!
In these cases, a simply, short & kind reply to the guest usually does the trick. Take the below as an example and amend as needed.
"Hi [Guest's Name],
Thanks for reaching out!
The property is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to log into your own streaming accounts. However, Canal+ is not included as part of the stay, as it requires a separate paid subscription.
If you'd like to access Canal+, you’re welcome to log in using your existing account directly through the Smart TV.
Let me know if you need any guidance setting this up!"
Hello @Dominique1906 👋
Welcome to the Community Center and thanks so much for asking your question here.
I think that if this is a service that you don't have in your listing at present, then you wouldn't be required to provide it but I'm eager to know what some experienced hosts think. @Katarzyna87, @Dr-Jayanthi1 and @Jess2718 - what do you think to @Dominique1906's questions about providing extra tv channels?
Thanks for the tag @Rebecca

@Dominique1906. Our owners dont pay for any guests subscriptions. I figure its enough to provide a smart TV, external antenna and decent internet with wifi and a Chromecast. I state in my listing that guests need to BYO subscription. Sometimes they use the free introductory offers to watch while they stay.
