FIRE DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I had a fire in the kitchen apartament , and I am not able to guest till the 12th of next August.

People from USA say that they had booked and payed for this accomodation .

The say they want a refund from me of 600 usd

I do not want to be involved in penalties BY AIRBNB  due to cancellation.

Can youn resolve this issue ?

Contatta subito l'Assistenza: questa probabilmente è una delle loro "circostanze attenuanti" per cui la cancellazione avviene senza penalità, te la fanno loro e sistemano i guest altrove.
