I know that it is possible to make special offers on Airbnb for 4 months,  But I'm not sure how the Airbnb payment works, because I have never done it before. Guest have   to pay the whole price in the beggining when I accept the offer? Or is it possible to pay in parts even though they  reserve the apartment until the end of the period?

Comunque nella sezione Aiuto trovi tutte le info sugli affitti lunghi. Credo che l'ospite paghi un mese con l'altro, pur prenotandolo tutto, peró non so esattamente come funzioni.
