Hello,

I’m completely new to this field—I just started a month ago and have already accepted two bookings, one for 35 nights and another for 85 nights.

My main concern is what kind of services or amenities I should provide ( like bath tissue , paper towel , body wash, shampoo , conditioner ,dish soap and hand soap also detergent )for mid- to long-term stays (1-3 months or even up to 5 months) to keep costs low while ensuring good reviews and working toward becoming a Super host. also should i mention in my listing ? 

Currently, I’m not charging very high rates. For mid- or long-term stays, what’s a reasonable rate to charge while remaining competitive?

I’d appreciate any advice or tips from experienced hosts! Thank you!

Providing a washer and dryer or access to laundry facilities is a huge plus, and listing this amenity will make your property more attractive.

When it comes to rates, research comparable listings in your area offering long-term stays. Competitive pricing is crucial, especially since you mentioned you’re not charging very high rates. Offering discounts for stays over 30 days is common practice, as it can help attract long-term bookings while ensuring your property remains occupied.

In your listing, clearly outline what is included and any policies related to long-term stays. This transparency helps manage guest expectations and ensures positive reviews.
