Automated garage door lock

Has anyone done this before? How would I go about doing this. The idea is that the guest would reserve it for a allotted time couple hours maybe. When they make the reservation they would get a code to use at the site that would unlock the site for the allotted time. Once the guest leaves the site the lock pin would change.

Thanks! I'm mainly interested in a smart garage door lock. That way when guests pull up in their vehicle they can access the space.
