Can I add a downloadable file to my bnb page?

I want to be able to send, or have potential visitors download a file that explains some idiosyncrasies associated with my premises. Can I do this?

No, external links are not allowed in a listing.

After a booking is confirmed, you can sent guests an URL or attachment via the message system.

@Rom1726  As @Emiel1 said, you can't send anything like that to potential guests.  Best bet is to put it in your description.  If it's information a potential guest needs before making a decision, make it the first or second line of your description and have a "saved message" with the information to send to inquiring guests.
