Host your PDF on Google Drive or DropBox. And copy the link into the House Manual section for your Airbnb listing so that Airbnb shares it as part of its Arrival Guide. 

We did that for our Airbnbs for several years before we discovered a number of different platforms that do this for you. The one we use is called Guest Manual ** The built in templates were pretty handy to get rolling, the seasonal recommendations feature is super cool, and we have lots of photos and videos that we have incorporated in it to help guests enjoy their stay.
