Deactivated properties

Hi all, I have 5 listings with air b n b, 3 of the 4 have been deactivated as the descriptions were not adhering to current lockdown policy, I changed the wording to make the adverts compliant but despite many many weeks and needless messages via the owner app the properties still not live and no definitive reason why or a time frame as to when they will be live, anyone suffering the same hardship which is unfair??
