Greetings,

I am a new host.  So far it has been a good experience.  However, I have guests that are staying at my property who are not respecting the property.  We believe more than the 4 people who are registered.  They are smoking and vaping and may have a dog.  How do I handle this situation?  Or where do I go for information on how to handle it.

@Kim4772 Unless damage is being caused I advise doing nothing. Once they leave you then write a review warning other hosts of their behaviour. Because they are not forwarned then hopefully they will review you positively at which point you can, if needed, slam them with any claims that are needed.
