How to create business profile on airbnb so that the guest see's business name while communicating not the personal name

I want to create airbnb business account where the account setup should be in business name not in my personal name, also i will provide company bank account details too match with the business profile, how to do that?

I am in the EU, so not sure it will be same procedure in the US.

I my account, section "professional tools", i can add business information incl. registration Chambre of commerce. In my payout section i can add the VAT number. All info is verified by Airbnb and if OK it will be displayed on the listing.

But when looking at some of your listings i noticed you are the co-host, so a different situation.

To continue the conversation, when we setup our account on airbnb and it asks for ARE YOU PART OF A COMPANY ? Does that the option we have to choose? 

All i concerned about is when i send a message to a guest it should be my business name not the personal profile name.

I am on the same boat,  I have tired reaching out to customer service and they sent me an article that had steps I tired following and none of those steps exist on airbnb, I am so confused, I am in the US, and not sure what my business VAT is as i don't think we have that here? I have submitted my business tax info that is being reviewed and business payout info as well, hoping this some how helps me.. any help will be greatly appreciated!

No help yet, I can't figure it out and I'm going crazy. Support won't even help me.

I also struggle with this and when following the help instruction promising...

• Then select Add a new listing
• You’ll be asked a series of questions about your place, one of which is "Do you host on Airbnb as part of a company?"
• Select Yes, I work for or run a hospitality business

I never got the company question.

Now I tried the "professional tools" and other than getting the reply: you are using the professional tools... no possibility to enter the company details. 

Probably because I'm on a private account (and can't get off it)

Helpdesk is missing in action and won't reply - frustrating!

I've spoken with support extensively over this issue. This is the only response I've gotten, as of March 14, 2022. 

"We totally understand the importance of your request Wendy, we are really sorry that this is taking more time than we thought, our engineers still working to fix this issue as soon as possible. I'll be in contact with you."
