How can I make my place look attractive and beautiful? What do guests like?

Keep it simple- less is more. Choose light decor & bedding that feels calming, feature decor that speaks to your area. Clutter free, comforts of home, comfortable beds, accessible bedside compact power/USB block for devices, keurig and basic bar ware for kitchen, newer appliances, blankets, eliminate curtains and replace with roller shades or plantation blinds.

This listings is in India so some of your suggestions such as a coffee maker, blankets , bar ware,  USB block won't be relevant @Rhoda29 

That's why I suggested he looks at comparable listings in his area .

Depends on which guests you have identified as your target market - is it families with young children? business travellers, budget groups.

Do some market research by looking at similar listings in your area to see what hosts are offering @Juhi5
