I was wondering if someone could help me with pricing for a single-family home that has an inground pool. The home is close to major highways and approximately 14 miles from Boston. I am trying to see if it would be worth listing this with the pool or if I should remove the pool from the listing. How much more money would the pool be worth per night? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Plus make sure your Home Insurance Company is fully aware that you are hosting Airbnb guests and agrees to cover YOU liability-wise if anyone is injured or drowns on your property/in your pool or cause damage.
I'm shocked reading about Host's who think Airbnb will cover them.
