Payment for seperate use of hot tub and different types of renting

Hello all:-)

I have two questions:-)?

1: We have an outside hot tub that we would like to have additional payment from the guests if they want to use it on top of staying in our house. How does this work? We don't want it to be more expensive if the guests don't wish to use it.

2: We would like to rent out 1: The entire house 2: a rom with own private entrance and bathroom. How do we make both options available? We have written in our post, but how do we setup payment etc.?

1. You need to mention in the listing the Hot tub is available at extra charge.

If a guest wants to use the facility, you can charge them via the resolution centre.

(If the guests rent the whole house, maybe include it in the price)

2. You need to setup two listings and link the calenders.

Hi Astrid,

We are just getting our hot tub delivered to our place. 

How is your experience? Are your guests using the tub? Do you find it's adding good value? 

Our Airbnb is "granny flat" studio in our own house, and we would be using the tub when no guests in.
