Advice on your space

I am using Chrome browser.I cannot drag and drop the last photo to the top - it will only drag and drop as big as the screen is.In other words, it will only allow me to drag and drop 3 or 4 photos up at a time - it gets 'stopped' at the top of the screen ... Latest reply by Deborah201
