Hello! I am considering purchasing a sleeper sofa for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. Currently, we have the property listed ...
Reservations .CSV reports used to work, now seem to fail. When I select ‘Upcoming’ and download the .CSV file, it gives me a listing of upcoming reservations for the previous year, 2019. If I select ‘All’ with or without using a date filter, the server returns an Internal Server Error 500. Only the ‘Canceled’ option works. This happens whether I am logged in as the Co-host or use the Host login account. We rely on the ‘Upcoming’ report to manage our cleaning staff. We rely on the ‘Completed’ to measure past activity. Has anyone else had this problem or can offer a solution? Thanks.

@Dane
I noticed same "server error" message appears, so something is wrong at Airbnb.
What happens if you use the "filter" option for upcoming reservations (the button next to "export" button) ?
Best regards,
Emiel

Hello @Emiel1 that worked for both Upcoming and Completed Reservations. Thanks very much!!!
This problem is still not resolved. There are specific reservation that causes the Export to fail with 500 internal server error.
PLS FIX IT!!!
Hi @Dane29 the error may be caused by a large number of transactions and as a result, it will timeout. You can try to filter it month by month as well and see if it persists.
if it's for a particular month though, there's currently a known issue in downloading August reservations to CSV file that returns error 500 - PRODUCT-140962.
If it's the second case, please CS so they can investigate further and ask for evidence.
Thanks,
Nick
Hi Nick, filtering month by month seems to work, at least most of the time. However, filtering by a 2-month period for only two Airbnb listings will usually result in the error 500. That's a small dataset and ridiculous that it times out. I have a high-speed ethernet connection and gamer-level business PC. So, I'm led to believe that it's the Airbnb servers/database that isn't performing well when queried for a simple CSV file to be built. Reporting is an important function and I would expect Airbnb to address this defect ASAP.
This is still kicking the same error code 500 when trying to download the csv for reservations. Seems airbnb has had this issue now for two months. Any help from @Airbnb would be great.
