What is the process in Air B&B if a property gets sold?  We currently have rentals all summer that the buyers want to honor.

How does this get transferred to bee owners?

Terry it is you as the host who has accumulated the reviews and the bookings......not the purchaser.

Past performance is not transferable on Airbnb. Those guests booked with you, not a new property purchaser. The sale of a property nullifies any past hosting attributes.

The new purchaser has to open an Airbnb account, explain the situation and  give your prospective guests the opportunity to either take a risk with an unknown new host, or cancel their booking.
