Send confirmed guests a link to House Manual

I'd like to send my confirmed guests a link to our house manual. I don't want to walk them through navigating a bunch of clicks - just  a simple link. I can't find a way to do this.

Of the house manual is on the Internet, just sent them the URL in a message.

Otherwise sent the manual itself (pdf ?) via message or via email.
